Two barrels of the 2020 field blend, tucked aside for 24 months under flor, half of each assembled together to be bottled as this very limited release, the other halves combined as reserve for a future blend Hand-harvested, slowly whole-bunch pressed through the Coquard press onsite (the first year to do so). Co-fermented field blend from the older two-hectare vineyard. Aged for 24 months under flor in Burgundy barrels. Half of each barrel combined was assembled to be bottled on August 12, 2022 No sulphur added |
