Limoncello
Made with Verdello lemon, a Sicilian variety. The zest is macerated for 3 weeks in steel after which an intense sage distillate is added. Finished with minimal sugar. It sits perfectly between digestivo and aperitivo; zesty, fragrant and intensely complex with a long green and herbaceous bitter finish, which invites you back for more.
Rustic, cloudy and unmistakably creamy. Shake well, serve ice cold.
