Perry-Pilsner Hybrid
A co-fermentation of Herefordshire perry pears from Tom Oliver and a wort* from Mills made in the style of a Czech světlý ležák (light lager), using Czech-grown barley and US Centennial hops. Bottle conditioned for 8 months.
Nachmelená Hruška translates as "hopped- or drunk-pear"
*wort: the sweet liquid extracted from malt before being boiled with hops
