A touch of freshly pressed vibrant, fruity apples from harvest 2024 a few days into a native fermentation blended with aromatic, fully fermented ciders with structure and sherbety acidity from harvest 2023 to create a naturally tropical, refreshing cider with structure and mellow tannin. Pairs well very well with spicy food or drink on its own.
