Collection: COS WINERY

COS was founded in 1980 by three friends, Giambattista Cilia, Giusto Occhipinti and Cirino Strano. The winery is located in Vittoria, in the south-eastern tip of Sicily - their proximity to Africa is reflected in their vegetation. When starting they were the youngest wine producers in Italy, harvesting their first vintage that October. Following biodynamic farming, COS does not use selected yeast or has ever used chemicals in the vineyards.
