Made from apples grown in Somerset near Cheddar. They pick and press the fruit themselves from the same orchard each year. The vinegar takes over a year to age before bottling. Because this vinegar is made from real cider apples [not just eating apples], it has a unique flavour too - it's very deep, with subtle tannins and a lovely fresh apple finish
It can be used for salad dressings, de-glazes and so on, we also think it's good enough on it's own with fizzy water.
