The buffalo mozzarella DOP from Campania by Perla del Mediterraneo is considered by many to be the very best. Buffalo breeds located along the Cilentana coast are milked daily, producing a mozzarella cheese that is characterised by a wonderful white colour with an elastic core, that is hand worked into the white ‘pearl’.
The cheese is simply stunning on its own, as the centre of a fresh salad and of course on top of your favourite home-made pizza!
