A Beaujolais-Villages red, and carried out in organic principles.
Aged in old oak on lees.
A nose of cherries and raspberries with hints of cocoa. In the mouth, flavours of soft, deep, fresh red fruits, and an almost glossy mouthfeel. Citrusy notes and tannins appear at the back of the mouth, with a hint of grilled orange peel on the persistent finish.
