Made with 100% Gimlet Bar fruit from thier fruit plot in Somerset. Serve with sparkling water and ice or add a squeeze of lemon if you like it extra tart.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Add a shot to a champagne saucer and top up with sparkling wine. Great in lager or cider too. If pairing with a spirit we’d recommend an amber rum, but any spirit will work nicely.
