Luke, Nick and Cam - three friends with decades of combined experience in the food and drink industry. Located on Braybrooke Farm, just outside of Market Harborough, Braybrooke's journey started with a love for proper lager and travels around Germany. The brewery only uses German malts and hops, with the hops imported from Tettnang and the house lager yeast grown in Bavaria and shipped overnight.
With such great links to German beer making, it's no wonder Braybrooke's Festbier is of such hugh quality. 'Based on the classic Märzen served at Oktoberfest for nearly a century, our version is a celebration of malt: juicy, rich, with notes of freshly baked bread and marzipan. We added just enough hops to balance out the malt and keep it from being too sweet, and slowly matured it over 45 days.'
