A fruit wine made with surplus blackberries, which the wonderful Two Raccoons made from fruit that would otherwise go to waste. The aged wine was mulled with fresh oranges, festive spices and Belgian dark candi sugar. Furthermore, a very small addition of Bullion hops in Spectrum form were added to elevate the orange fruit and spice flavour. Expect an intriguing, warming and complex vino, and basically put a very special take on a festive favourite.
