Blend of 1 and 2 year old golden ales
Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on organic Driscoll Maravilla raspberries from Herefordshire and Morello cherries from Kent. Finished in a whisky barrel with Madagascan vanilla pods
Small amount of sugar for natural carbonation in the bottle
